It was over nine years ago that I decided to really pursue photography. I spent hours upon hours absorbing any and all information I could find on how to improve. I took @clickphotoschoolworkshops and breakouts, I read blogs and tutorials, I watched a ton of videos, I hung out on the @clickinmoms forum (it's where I met my photog bestie Kelly Marleau @fiddleleafphoto). And my camera became a permanent accessory going absolutely everywhere with me. I was basically living and breathing all things photography!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Fast forward to now...I've been running my own photography business for over 8 years, have done more personal projects than I can count, have continued to take workshops and breakouts (I never want to be done learning!), have worked with hundreds of clients, became a @clickpromaster, have learned a thing or two (okay, actually quite a bit more than that!) along the way, and have been teaching and mentoring other photographers with Kelly @jennyandkelly for over three years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I didn't pursue photography with the intention to teach, but being able to give back to the community who helped me so much when I was first getting started and to make all the knowledge I've gained over the years accessible to others so that they feel successful and proud of their work gives me all the feels.♥️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
